With a strapless low shoulder made up of short sweet ruffles, the underlining of the boned bodice is made of a sweetheart v and is paired with our drop sleeve sheer puffs. The skirt is shirred at the waistline and falls into a full mini skirt with a ruffled overlay on top of it.
