The gathered tulle neckline appears to be twisted at the nape of the front neck and stretched over the bust to the waist, leaving a sliver of skin showing at the waist. Draped detail hugs the waist and over the hips before the soft A-line skirt with side front split drapes effortlessly to the floor.
