Kleinfeld by Viola Chan is a new collection, announced in June 2026, that Viola Chan designed to be sold only at Kleinfeld in New York, so it is a different thing from her own Viola Chan Couture line. Chan is Hong Kong-born, grew up in the UK, studied at London College of Fashion, and started her career in the US with Oleg Cassini, where she has been creative director since 2005. She now also serves as Head of Couture and Design at David's Bridal, and this Kleinfeld line pairs her couture eye with David's Bridal's product development, while every gown is made to order in sizes 0 to 30. Expect ball gowns, mermaid and sheath shapes with lace appliques, tulle skirts and detachable sleeves, aiming for modern romance with a focus on fit. Most dresses here land around $4,000 to $6,000, with a typical price near $5,300.
